Home and Country USA ships from our warehouse at 1287 Glassboro Road, Williamstown, NJ 08094. We ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. We do not offer free shipping. Our standard ground rates are:
- Under 20 lb: $9.99
- 20 to 40 lb: $15.99
- 40 to 50 lb: $19.99
- 50 to 70 lb: $29.99
- 70 to 100 lb: $44.99
- 100 to 150 lb: $64.99
- Over 150 lb: $149.99 flat-rate freight
Hazardous or corrosive materials (for example certain drain openers, pool chemicals and cleaners) ship ground only and carry a 25% surcharge on the rates above, which is reflected in the rate shown at checkout.
Shipping method and transit time
All orders ship standard ground via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We do not offer expedited or air shipping. Typical transit time is 1 to 3 business days to the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, 3 to 5 business days to the Midwest and South, and 5 to 6 business days to the West Coast.
Processing time
In-stock items ship from our New Jersey warehouse within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Items marked "Usually ships in 3 to 8 business days" on the product page ship directly from our distribution partner within that window. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
PO Boxes
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout. Orders placed with a PO Box address will be cancelled and refunded.
Damaged or lost shipments
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, or a shipment shows as delivered but has not arrived, contact us within 7 days at info@homeandcountryusa.com or 856-759-1112 and we will make it right.
