Rubber mulch not only looks better 365 days a year, year after year, it's more durable, cost effective, maintenance-free and eco-friendly than wood mulch, stone and other landscape ground cover materials. Unlike wood mulch, rubber mulch used in landscaping doesn't attract termites, carpenter ants or other harmful wood destroying insects so it's the ideal mulch for use around buildings, foundations and wood structures. As a result, rubber mulch helps reduce the need for harsh insect control chemicals in and around the landscape. Rubber mulch can help construction projects earn LEED credits.
